FOOD PANTRY REPORT AS OF MAY 11, 2021
St. Martin’s Food Pantry continues to receive donations from individuals, churches and businesses during the Pandemic. We thank you for your continued support to provide for those who are in need of food.
Students from Rockville High School helped at the Food Pantry on Sunday.
During the past week, we provided support to St John Nuemann, St. Jude and Living Faith Lutheran food pantries.
Donations were received from: St. Martin’s, St. Francis of Assisi, St. Bartholomew, Grace United Methodist, Leisure Neighbors, Montgomery County Council 2323 Knights of Columbus, Gaithersburg Costco, Germantown Lancaster Dutch Market (delivered by team from Mother Seton parish), Great Harvest (Rockville), Rockville Trader Joe’s (delivered by Celestial Manna), Spring Mill Bread Co. (Rockville), Giant Food (Travilah), Panera (Kentlands), Harris Teeter (Rockville), Whole Foods Market (delivered by Loving Care), Crumbl Cookies (Rockville), and Damascus Help.
On 5/10, the Food Pantry served 231 clients. We provided diapers and baby formula/food to 123 clients. The Pantry served clients from Aspen Hill, Damascus, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Montgomery Village, Rockville and Silver Spring.
At this time the Pantry is in need of the following items: Similac Blue Formula, baby diapers sizes 4 and 5, baby wipes, women’s adult diapers, vegetable oil, canned soup, canned mixed veggies, canned fruit and Meals in a Can.
*After hours’ deliveries to the Food Pantry should be left in the storage bins on the ramp at the front door or the rear of the pantry.
