FOOD PANTRY REPORT/SHORTAGES FOR MAY 22

Items needed for the May 29 distribution (1) “meals in a can” (stew, canned pasta, chili, etc. -- short c.63 cans), and (2) canned fruit (short approx. 50 cans). Shortages for the 5 June distribution: the above plus (3) dry, unsweetened cereal (short approximately 244 boxes), (4) mac & cheese (short c.230 boxes) (5) canned beans (short c.229 cans), (6) pasta sauce (short approx. 214 bottles/cans), (7) canned soup (short c.183 cans), and (8) pasta (short approx. 102 boxes). (We believe we have sufficient dry rice & beans and canned tuna/meat/fish for four weeks.)

We also need: Similac Blue and Similac Orange baby formula, and/or domestic or foreign equivalents/substitutes, size 6 diapers, and Pediasure. Also needed are adult unisex pull-ups sizes small, medium and large.

Plastic newspaper bags and plastic grocery bags are always needed.

Over the week ending with the 22 May distribution, we received approximately 2.52 tons of non-perishable food, and gave out some 2.71 tons of non-perishable food and about the same amount of perishable food to 278 families.

We need your help in order to help those in need!
