RCIA Program
This program is called RCIA, which by its acronym stands for Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults. It is designed for adults 18 years of age and older who want to learn and grow in their faith, become Catholic or who want to prepare to receive one or more sacraments of Christian Initiation that are Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation. It consists of four stages of preparation and accompaniment that have a different duration for each person since it depends on the openness and disposition shown in the process. Classes in English are available every Wednesday from 7:30 pm to 8:30pm.

Matrimony
“The matrimonial covenant, by which a man and woman establish between themselves a partnership of the whole of life, is by its nature ordered toward the good of the spouses and the procreation and education of offspring; this covenant between baptized persons has been raised by Christ the Lord to the dignity of a sacrament.” CCC 1601)

If you are interested in participating in the Sacrament of Matrimony, you must make an appointment with one of our priests at least six months before the date you plan to celebrate the sacrament. Contact one of our priests by calling 301-990-3203.
