To register for the Winter Retreat, follow these steps:

1.    Sign up online by 8:00pm, Wednesday 02/15/22  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/smtyg2021 Answer all the questions and submit.

​

2.    Get a permission slip from David and make payment arraignments. Fill out and return the forms.
-Remember: Don’t let money be a reason for not going! We have some scholarship donations! If you want to go just let David know and we’ll work it out.

IF YOU SIGNED UP FOR MOUNT 2000: your spot is already reserved. You just need to fill out and turn in the new form (and payment, if applicable).

IF YOU DID NOT SIGN UP FOR MOUNT 2000: Your spot is NOT saved until all forms are turned in and payment arraignments are made! Spots are “first come, first served”!

3.    Everyone (regardless of vaccination status) must provide a Negative COVID-19 Test taken within 48 hours of 4:00pm Friday 2/25 (from 4:00pm Wednesday 2/23 onward).
